Leadership Search Partner

Sarah is an independent leadership search partner supporting venture-backed technology companies on senior hiring.

She has over 15 years' experience across startups and scaleups, with a focus on leadership hiring in fintech and technology-driven businesses. Her work spans the UK and international markets, including Europe, Israel and Australia, supporting senior hiring mandates in fast-growing organisations.

Most recently, she spent two years embedded within iwoca, supporting senior leadership hiring across the UK and Germany, partnering directly with founders and leadership teams on critical appointments across commercial, risk, product and operational functions.

She qualified as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand.
